Primera was commissioned to create a Business Improvement District for the Northbank area, encompassing the Trafalgar Square, the Strand and the Aldwych. This unique stretch of London, Northbank beautifully takes in all of the capital’s idiosyncrasies where historic buildings sit side by side with modern architecture.

The BID is undergoing an ambitious programme of transformation, fast becoming the world-class destination that it rightfully should be. Working collaboratively with a rich mix of diverse business partners and the wider stakeholder community, The Northbank BID has delivered a number of tangible outputs, creating significant improvements across the BID footprint.

The BID continues to drive forward delivery across the four key themes; Corporate Social Responsibility; Safe and Secure, A High Quality Public Realm and Environment and Marketed and Promoted to bring investment and public realm improvements to fruition.
