Plans to transform Parliament Square

In the same week as the transformation of Strand Aldwych was recognised by the Mayor of London as an award-winning development, another of our exciting public realm initiatives has also hit the headlines.

The Evening Standard reported that Parliament Square could be transformed into a “people-friendly” space under plans to remove traffic from parts of this historic area.

The proposal is the latest from the London HQ BID, which covers Victoria, Victoria Westminster,  Whitehall and The Northbank.

BIDs play a key role in creating a shared vision with local stakeholders to minimise congestion and pollution, whilst maximising usage of green spaces and enhancing the impact of our public realm.

We are leading the way in feasibility studies, modelling and facilitating a partnership model that sees visions become reality, working hand in hand with our public sector partners and local stakeholders.
